Meet Keith Goff

I am a Performance Strategist, movement coach, and the founder of CaddieWithin. My formal background is in Human Development, and I spent years managing ski schools in Lake Tahoe—teaching high-stakes movement on the side of a mountain.

But my deepest understanding of the human mind was forged through my own survival. I have been sober for 13 years. I know exactly what it feels like to navigate a hyperactive, racing mind. I learned to control my life by learning how to quiet the internal noise, and I use the golf course as the classroom to teach you to do the same.

Whether CaddieWithin is rebuilding your swing mechanics or rebuilding your internal baseline, I am here to carry the bag.
